1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Orqida ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Orqida provides reporting services by securely connecting to your third-party cloud service accounts (e.g., infrastructure, database, or application platforms) via credentials, API keys, or other access methods provided by you. Once connected, our Service will:

• Free Plan: Retrieve and process read-only data from your connected cloud services.
• Enterprise Plans: Retrieve, process, and, when explicitly enabled by you, perform certain write operations (such as updates or configuration changes) as part of selected features.

All data retrieved is stored in our database to generate and deliver reports accessible through your account.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any access keys, tokens, or passwords you provide.
• Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to grant us access to the cloud services you connect to our Service.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to and retrieved by the Service.
• Plan Limits: You agree to use the Service in accordance with the plan features you have subscribed to, including read-only restrictions in the Free Plan.

4. Data Access and Storage

By using the Service, you grant Orqida the right to access, query, store, and process your cloud service data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed reporting and related features.

• Read Operations: Performed on all plans for data retrieval and reporting.
• Write Operations: Only performed in Enterprise Plans and only where features require it.
• Data Retention: We retain retrieved data for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may request deletion of stored data by contacting our support team.

5. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use another user's account or credentials without authorization.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orqida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, access to the Service and stored data may be disabled, subject to applicable data retention laws.
